It is therefore an instrument to protect the needs of all the users who choose to have recourse to the services that the Group offers.
This document shows two important goals: first to illustrate in detail the services our clinics offer in order to choose the more suitable service, then to show our constant commitment to improving the quality of all the services we recommend. But your collaboration, in the form of advices, observations and evaluations, is very important to achieve these objectives.

THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
Effectiveness and Efficiency
The services must be provided through the optimal use of resources, according to the most current quality standards, and by taking all measures to satisfy the needs of the Citizen-User as quickly as possible.
Temporal Continuity
The availability of physical therapies must be guaranteed with continuity, so without interruption. If the conditions are satisfied to temporarily suspend certain services, we surely adopt the most appropriate measures to alleviate the possible problems of the user.
Equality and neutrality:
The services are provided indiscriminately to all citizens, without discrimination of age, sex, language, religion, social status, political viewpoints, health conditions.
Participation
The user has the right to present complaints, petitions, observations, has the right to access information and to propose suggestions to improve the service.
Freedom of choice means also that the user can freely choose the center on the national territory.
STUDY AND SURVEY ON PATIENT SATISFACTION
Romano Medica periodically observe the satisfaction of its patients, through specific assessment questionnaires delivered to all patients.
Therefore, Citizens can anonymously report their satisfaction or dissatisfaction agree, allowing us to constantly improve the quality of our services and their conformity to the requests of the User.
REPORT ON THE STATUS OF QUALITATIVE STANDARDS
Romano Medica Group analyzes deeply the achievement of the quality standards and sets some new once a year, revising, if necessary, the indicators and quality causes.
INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITATION
On 5 February 2008, ROMANO MEDICA obtained the competence for the REGIONAL QUALITY SYSTEM.
This suitability has been added to the UNI EN ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION achieved in 2007 by the management committee, convinced of the importance of implementing a further certification system, to make the whole service process even more controlled.
STATISTICAL SURVEY OF WAITING TIMES
We are aware of the importance of providing the User with a quality service in a short time, so Romano Medica makes periodic surveys of waiting times in order to offer an increasingly efficient and effective service.
NO-CONFORMITY ANALYSIS
Any disruption detected during the execution of the activities (waiting times too long, visits not carried out, problems with staff, analysis of patient complaints, analysis of patient satisfaction questionnaires) is reported and brought to the attention of the general management, which provides for a problem resolution.
MISSION
Romano Medica’s aim is to place the patient need in the center of attention, with his state of health, respecting his dignity and privacy, with the human attention and professional competence, necessary to satisfy every need diagnosis and treatment.
For this reason, the polyclinic uses a team of experts who share and pursue quality improvement through the analysis of results and the application of ethical principles.

CONVENTIONS
The Cittadella (PD) branch of ROMANO MEDICA GROUP is affiliated with the NHS( National Health Service), as regards ultrasound and echo-colodoppler. These can be booked only with the Hospital Cup.

All the clinics are open from Monday till friday, from 8am to 1pm then from 2pm to 19.30, while on Saturday from 8.00 to 12.30.
Moreover, blood tests are open from Monday till Saturday:

All the operators are available for any blood tests information, from 7am to 1am from Monday till Friday, while on Saturday from 7am to 10am.

Every service can be booked:
– going in person to any of our medical facilities from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 19.30, while on Saturday from 8.00 to 12.30.
– by telephone, with the only reservation center: 0424 33477 from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 1pm and from 2:00 to 7:30, while on Saturday from 8am to 12:30.
– online (available 24 hours a day) by logging in the romanomedica.it website.
During the registration, only the patient data must be record.

HOW TO COLLECT MEDICAL REPORTS
The report of specialist visits and diagnostic tests are delivered directly by the doctor to the patient after the examination. While diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests reports will be delivered within a few days and they can be collected in this way:
– at one of our medical center (even if it will be different from the one where the exam took place) showing obviously a valid identity document.
– In case of delegation, the delegate must show up with his own valid identity document and the appropriate delegation completed and signed by the delegator, and a valid identification document (original or photocopy) of the delegator .
The reports will not be given to the people who don’t have the full documentation, for any reason.
– By downloading it from the website romanomedica.it and accessing the portal with provided credentials. No reports will be send by e-mail or other transmission systems.
The reports will remain available in the online portal for a maximum period of 45 days, at the end of this period must be requested personally.
PATIENT ACCESS
The customer must pick up the acceptance number from the totem, placed at the front entrance and sit down in the waiting room. It is recommended to show up with a minimum advance of 10 minutes, for the acceptance procedures.
ACCESS TO SPECIALIST VISITS
– The patient will be called with the number at the front-office for the recognition, his effective presence at the clinic and the eventual delivery of documentation.
ACCESS TO DIAGNOSTIC TESTS FOR IMAGES
– The patient will be called with the number at the front-office for the recognition, his effective presence at the clinic and the eventual delivery of documentation.
– The patient must bring the Medical prescription (where it is required) and every previous test.
ACCESS TO BLOOD AND LABORATORY TEST (with or without date)
– The patient will be called at the front office for the documentation delivery and any biological samples.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made in cash, bancomat or credit card during the acceptance. No other payment methods are accepted. In the case of non-performance due to unforeseeable causes, a credit note will be issued and the amount will be reimbursed. The patient is required to warn in case of delay to verify the possibility of a shift. The performance is not guaranteed in case of delay without notice.
APPOINTMENTS DEREGISTRATION
The cancellation of the appointment can be made:
– by telephone at CUP 0424 33477 during the office hours, at least 48 hours before the appointment.
– by e-mail to: info@romanomedica.it, at least 48 hours before the appointment.
– in case of online reservation through our WEB portal, the user can independently, at least 48 hours before, cancel or postpone the appointment to another day.
STAFF DUTIES
The Staff is classified into medical, paramedical, secretarial (with an ID well visible) and administrative.
The medical staff takes care of specialist visits or diagnostics (recognizable by white uniform).
The paramedical staff is represented by professional nurses, masso-physiotherapists physiotherapists and rehabilitation therapists.
The secretary staff (recognizable by green uniform) performs information, admission of patients, booking, issuing of invoices activities and all of this according to the medical and administrative Director.
X-ray technicians (recognizable by lilac uniform) is the healthcare professional specialized and authorized to perform independently or in collaboration with other health figures like radiologists – working with medical prescription – all the interventions that require the use of ionizing radiation sources, both artificial both natural, of thermal energies, ultrasonic, of nuclear magnetic resonance as well as interventions for physical protection or dosimetric.
They are also responsible for the functioning and daily maintenance of the equipment within their competence.
The staff of the analysis laboratory, graduated in Biology, (recognizable by white uniform) is the operator who performs clinical analysis activities.
The sole director is the legal representative of the structure.

PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS
The Management will analyze the questionnaires’ answers made by the users with a quarterly frequency and will provide a possible solution as regards disservices and dissatisfaction. The patient satisfaction questionnaire is available online on romanomedica.it and it is completely anonymous.

The Polyclinic is located in Via Dante Alighieri, 5/4 – Romano d’ezzelino.
This polyclinic(VI) is divided into 3 blocks: the main reception of the customers is on the ground floor, there are then 2 blood tests offices, a the waiting room equipped with electronic numerator “eliminacode”, 6 clinics for visits and diagnostic examinations (each number progressively numbered from 1 to 6), 3 rooms dedicated to diagnostic imaging (open magnetic resonance, tomosynthesis mammography, dental CT scan in cone- Beam, bone densitometry and digitized x-ray), even an administrative and a reporting office.
The other 2 blocks of the Polyclinic are located on the first floor and it is accessible by an internal lift and therefore without any architectural barrier, or through the outdoor staircase.
The first block is called the “Green area”, where there are a small gym for rehabilitation, massage room and physiotherapy treatments, a waiting room, 3 clinics for visits and diagnostic tests (each number progressively numbered from 7 to 9) and toilet set up also for the disabled.
The other “Red Area” is always on the first floor but it is dedicated to basic medicals and to the internal laboratory. The car parks are located both near the structure and in the nearby spaces (150 meters) adjacent to the Church (Piazzale Chiesa and via A. De Gasperi).
HOW TO GET
BY CAR
– Coming from the center of Bassano del Grappa, take Via Bgt. Basilicata (direction Pove del Grappa). At the first traffic light turn right towards Romano d’Ezzelino (Via Cunizza da Romano) and continue for 2.5 Km.
At the roundabout in the center of the village take the second exit towards Semonzo.
After 50 meters on the left is the headquarters of the Romano Medica Group of Romano d’Ezzelino (VI).
– Coming from the Highway SS47 of Valsugana (South-North direction from Rosà – Bassano del Grappa or from north-south Primolano – Cismon del Grappa – Solagna take exit Romano d’Ezzelino Center – Cima Grappa, at the roundabout take the second exit (via Molinetto Continue for 500 meters. At the stop turn right in the direction of Romano d’Ezzelino – Cima Grappa (via Roma) and continue for 1.2 Km. At the roundabout in the center of town take the second exit towards Semonzo.
On the left there is Romano Medica Group of Romano d’Ezzelino (VI).
– Coming from SOUTH (Fellette, San Giacomo, Cassola) at the traffic light of “Spin” of San Giacomo di Romano d’Ezzelino, go north for 2.7 km (via Gen. G. Giardino), passing the center of San Giacomo continue on via A. De Gasperi.
At the roundabout located in the center of Romano d’Ezzelino, take the first exit towards Semonzo. After 50 meters on the left is the headquarters of the Romano Medica Group of Romano d’Ezzelino (VI).
– Coming from EST (Crespano del Grappa, Borso del Grappa, Semonzo) continue on SP26 towards Romano d’Ezzelino – Bassano del Grappa, 50 meters before the roundabout located in the center of Romano d’Ezzelino on the right is the headquarters of the Group Romano Medica by Romano d’Ezzelino (VI).
– Coming from NORTH (Cima Grappa) continue on via Marchi (SP148) towards SUD – Romano d’Ezzelino, at the roundabout in the center of the town, take the third exit towards Semonzo. After 50 meters on the left is Romano Medica Group of Romano d’Ezzelino (VI).

The structure consists of 6 clinics for visits and diagnostic tests (each number progressively numbered from 1 to 6), a blood sampling clinic, a radiology room dedicated to diagnostic imaging (tomosynthesis mammography, dental cone-beam and digitized X-ray ), then a reporting room and 4 toilets, also designed for the disabled.

-From Bassano del Grappa along the Padua-Trento State Highway 47 “Valsugana” head southwards, at the intersection roundabout between Pozzetto and the SR53 (via Copernico) take the second exit towards the center of Cittadella. Near the city walls of Porta Bassano, turn right onto via Riva del Pasubio and continue along the main road that runs along the walls to the intersection with via Borgo Padova (Porta Padova). Turn right following the signs for Stazione FS, at the first roundabout take the second exit and merge onto Viale della Stazione, continue for 400 meters, then turn right onto via Dante Alighieri. Continue for 50 meters, turn right and straight ahead for 30 meters, on Via Prima Mattina, the Cittadella Clinic is on the left.
-From Padua along the Padua-Trento main road 47 “Valsugana” and proceed in northerly direction. Arriving south of Cittadella at the junction of Via C. Colombo, keep right on via San Donato (towards the center of Cittadella) and continue for 2 Km. Then turn right onto via Prima Mattina, after 100 mt. on the right we arrived at Romano Medica-Cittadella (PD).

Stop to “al Bersagliere” (Porta Treviso) coming from Treviso or Vicenza to Cittadella – La Marca Linea 106.
The MOM BUS stop is Al Bersagliere which is 800 meters away (10 minutes on foot) from the Polyclinic of Cittadella.

It is located in Piazza Castello, 40 (1st and 2nd floor accessible by elevator).
The patient must always present himself at the acceptance placed on the second floor, at the main entrance.
From the first waiting room you can access the clinics 1 and 2 and the toilet, or walk leaving the secretariat behind, the short corridor leading to a second waiting room and then all the entrance to the 3 and 4 clinics.
To reach the clinics 5 and 6 it will be necessary to go down to the first floor through the staircase or
using the elevator, all the entrance to a small waiting room from which you can then access the
clinics. The first floor also has a patient toilet.

From the North:
-coming from Castelfranco Veneto – Resana, Loreggia (SR307), continue towards the center of Camposampiero along via Roma, up to the intersection with Piazza Castello, then turn right and continue for 30mt. The main entrance is on the right.
From the east:
-coming from Scorzè-Noale, from the center of Noale continue westwards on via Roma (SP38), then via Straelle S. Pietro (SP31) for about 11km. At the intersection with via Borgo Trento Trieste turn right (SR307) continue for about 1 km on Contrà dei Nodari. Turn left onto Piazza Castello and continue for 30 mt. The main entrance is on the right side.
From the South:
-Coming from Padova-Campodarsego, continue on SR307, leaving the center of S. Giorgio delle Pertiche on the left and then continue northwards on Borgo Padova.
At the roundabout take the second exit continuing on the main road (SR307) for about 2km on Borgo Trento-Trieste. Then turn left onto Piazza Castello still 30mt. The entrance is on the right.
From the west:
-Coming from S. Giorgio in Bosco-Villa del Conte, continue on via Tremarende SP39, at the roundabout take the second exit and follow via Dante. Once in the center of Santa Giustina in Colle, turn left onto via Roma and continue the main road.
At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto via Pasubio, take the first exit on the next two roundabouts, cross the railway underpass on via Corso. At the roundabout take the first exit and continue for about 50mt, turn right onto Piazza Castello, follow the road, then turn left. Leaving the square on the left, continue for about 30mt and the entrance is on the left.
From the north-west:
-coming from Cittadella-Abazzia Pisani, leaving behind the center of Abazzia Pisani, continue along via Commerciale SP22 for about 7km. On the next two roundabouts. Always take the second exit, cross the railway underpass on via Corso.
At the roundabout take the first exit and continue for about 50mt, turn right onto Piazza Castello, then follow the road and turn left.
Leaving the square on the left, continue for 30mt, the entrance is on the left.
BY TRAIN
From the railway line Castelfranco-Padova get off at Camposampiero Station.
From the railway line Cittadella-Padova get off at Camposampiero Station.
When you leave Camposampiero railway station, turn left onto via G. Marconi, then go straight ahead towards Piazza Castello. Leaving the square on the left, continue for 30mt, so the entrance is on the left.
The railway station is about 500mt from Romano Medica (7 minutes on foot).
Romano Medica Polyclinic of Asolo (TV)
Asolo (TV) office is located on the first floor with a lift. Entering, on the left is the main reception to welcome the patient and paperwork, while on the right is the meeting room and physiotherapy with gym. The structure consists of 5 visit rooms (each progressively numbered from 1 to 5), a blood tests room and 2 toilets, one of which is also designed for disabled people. Continuing the corridor, leaving the reception on the left, you see the Radiology department, with the waiting room.
